In this paper the microwave assisted rapid solid state synthesis of ZnWO4 and LiMn2O4 is described. The XRD and dielectric characterization in 2-18 GHz range of two mixed oxides is reported. For both compounds the real and the immaginary parts of the permittivity do not show any important frequency dependence at last in the range studied. Nevethless the loss tangents show low increase with the frequency.

Abstract
