Vengono in particolare trattati l’evoluzione storica del rapporto tra diritto e religione, contesto sociale ed impostazione costituzionale, fonti del diritto e specifici profili di disciplina relativi ad ambiti quali il rapporto tra stato ed autonomie confessionali, la libertà religiosa, il finanziamento della religione, l’istruzione religiosa, la rilevanza civile degli atti confessionali, i simboli religiosi, la tutela penale della religione.
