This paper reports preliminary kinetic data on syndiotactic polymerization of styrene, in the presence of Ti(OC4Hg)4-methylalumoxe. The temperature coefficientof the kinetic rate constant is 8kcal/mol. The distribution of the molecular weights is bimodal. The polymerization rate increases more than linearly with increasing monomer concentration.
