Abstract

Different amounts of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) were incorporated into an epoxy mixture composed of TetraGlycidyl-MethyleneDiAnilina (TGMDA) and 1-4 Butandioldiglycidylether (BDE). The epoxy mixture was cured with 4,4'-diamino diphenil sulfone. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) shows a good level of the nanofiller dispersion in the polymeric matrix. Electrical conductivity DC data furnishes a predicted percolation threshold of 0.22% of MWCNT inclusion. The acceptability of the predicted value is confirmed by the AC behaviour of the electrical property. The obtained exponent of the percolation law suggests a 3D organization of the percolating structure.
