The research on Early-Modern Thought has an important place in the renewal of the history of philosophy in the post-II World War in Italy. The paper describes how this current of studies, starting from the classical questions as those concerning the phases of Modern Thought and the differences between Renaissance Thought and the role of New Science in the making of Modernity, was able to arrive to a pluralistic view of Modern Thought which focuses on the contaminations and inter-relations between different alternative philosophical traditions.

Abstract
The research on Early-Modern Thought has an important place in the renewal of the history of philosophy in the post-II World War in Italy. The paper describes how this current of studies, starting from the classical questions as those concerning the phases of Modern Thought and the differences between Renaissance Thought and the role of New Science in the making of Modernity, was able to arrive to a pluralistic view of Modern Thought which focuses on the contaminations and inter-relations between different alternative philosophical traditions.File in questo prodotto:
