The interest of the job concerns the research of three people trained in the swimming activity at agonistic level: master, disabled, professional. The idea of this thesis is to highlight the different kinds of swimming: turn, finish time of the exercise and the frequency of breathing of those who practice swimming in masters and professional categories with a disabled person. The choice of research strategy is based on the comparative method. The project of the comparative study is simple. The objects considered are similar in some aspects, but different in others. The differences we found in the different subjects are now being examined. The ultimate goal of research reveals the systematic structure, which is true not only for cases that have been studied, but for the whole group. In other words, the goal is to generalize the results. With this study was analyzed the methodology of each athlete's training and periodicity structured in the weeks: from December 27th to April 11th, inserting special sessions in those four weeks. This training has taken place to prepare athletes for the Italian championships. The thesis concludes with a comparison of the three cases and an appendix which contains some tables more obtrusive.
