Abstract
It is described the MPEG-lab movie tool, an integrated environment that allows the experimental characterization (quantitatively and qualitatively) of digital video analysis algorithms in the MPEG compressed domain. By exploiting its graphical user interface, its modular, scalable and distributed architecture based on the multi-agent system paradigm and its multimedia database, the MPEG-lab movie tool allows the user to design and run experiments on video streams. The results of the various algorithms can be stored and straightforwardly analyzed.File in questo prodotto:
