A single-server retrial queueing system with ¯nite bu®er and multidimensional Poisson °ow of customers is considered. The probability distribution functions of service times are arbitrary and di®erent for each type of customers. The group of repetead customers is limited. A retrial customer after a successfull attempt begins his service immediately if the bu®er is empty, otherwise goes to wait into the bu®er if there is a free waiting place or is lost if there is none. It is shown that the analysis of such a queueing system with several °ows can be reduced to the analysis of a similar queueing system with only one Poisson °ow.
