A single-server queueing system with K (K >=1) independent Poisson °ows of customers is considered. The customers are located in an orbit of retrial customers. If the server is busy the arrival of a negative customer has e®ect of deleting some customer in the system. Steady state probabilities of multidimensional Markov process underlying the considered queueing system are derived.
