m-Learning solution is the use of mobile technologies to enhance the learning experience. Mobile phones, PDAs, Pocket PCs and the Internet can be used to motivate learners and to promote the “lifelong learning” any time and anywhere. The aim of this work is to present a system for adaptive platform-independent mobile learning extending the state of the art of the IWT e-learning platform. This system is able to deliver customized learning objects, depending on the cognitive status and preferences of the learners and on the characteristics of the user’s mobile device.
