A numerical package for the simulation of general queueing systems, implemented with Mathematica, is described. The realized tool presents a graphic user - friendly interface and a section for data analysis, that can be useful in order to individuate the input of a queueing model. The tool is used to study and optimize a real queueing system, which is the post office placed in Fisciano, Italy.
