New information technologies have provided a new way to teach mathematics and related matters, that prove to be more effective to this aim. A Mathematica™ notebook to help the teaching of MOSFET technology is shown, with some details in the description of the notebook, sample sessions and a comments on the results obtained in the package use in an Engineering class.
