A study concerning the characterization of a multiphase nanocomposite systems based on epoxy matrix, loaded with a 1% of hydrotalcite clay and a range of MWCNT is presented. The electromagnetic properties are measured over a very ample range of frequency (from dc to 12GHz). The use of the clay may determine a low aggregation of the MWCNT in the resin thus improving the EM performances of the nanocomposites. © 2012 IEEE.

Abstract
A study concerning the characterization of a multiphase nanocomposite systems based on epoxy matrix, loaded with a 1% of hydrotalcite clay and a range of MWCNT is presented. The electromagnetic properties are measured over a very ample range of frequency (from dc to 12GHz). The use of the clay may determine a low aggregation of the MWCNT in the resin thus improving the EM performances of the nanocomposites. © 2012 IEEE.File in questo prodotto:
