The social enterprise networks represent an important business model for the social-economic development of the local community. The social enterprises product direct benefits for the local community, they are specifically concerned with training and employment for disadvantaged and disabled people and they also offer social services (health services, social welfare, etc.) The paper has the purpose to identify the socio-economic value of a Consortium of social cooperatives in term of benefits and disadvantages recognized to the consortium members and to the community analyzing three Italian case studies.
