Purpose: The paper aims to understand students’ perception about the characteristics deemed essential to define the quality of a course. Methodology: The research method used is based on quantitative empirical survey conducted on a sample of students enrolled in university masters and non-university masters. Findings: The research has allowed the identification of 26 items to define the quality perceived by the students of higher education courses and that they can be traced to four main factors which the participants have a greater impact on quality of education and training. Pratical Implication: The research provides useful insights to those working in the design master and courses in higher education and those involved in the promotion of its educational projects. Originality/value: The survey provides an innovative contribution to the analysis of the quality of advanced training courses. Much research in the literature has Investigated the quality of postgraduate courses with investigations carried out at the end of training, the present work seeks to understand what are, in the perception of students, those elements which are essential to define the quality of a path training both before and after the course is being paid to have benefited the educational activity.

Abstract
Much research in the literature has Investigated the quality of postgraduate courses with investigations carried out at the end of training, the present work seeks to understand what are, in the perception of students, those elements which are essential to define the quality of a path training both before and after the course is being paid to have benefited the educational activity.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
