This paper discusses a model for the harmonic analysis of full bridge diode rectifiers in Wireless Power Transfer Systems (WPTSs). The proposed model is based on an iterative algorithm which identifies the zero crossing of diodes currents, including the threshold voltage, the state-dependant differential resistance and the parasitic capacitance of diodes. The algorithm has been solved in MATLAB and the results of the analysis of a 2W@6.78MHz WPTS in different load conditions are compared with PSIM simulations and experimental results.

Abstract
This paper discusses a model for the harmonic analysis of full bridge diode rectifiers in Wireless Power Transfer Systems (WPTSs). The proposed model is based on an iterative algorithm which identifies the zero crossing of diodes currents, including the threshold voltage, the state-dependant differential resistance and the parasitic capacitance of diodes. The algorithm has been solved in MATLAB and the results of the analysis of a 2W@6.78MHz WPTS in different load conditions are compared with PSIM simulations and experimental results.File in questo prodotto:
