In order to cope with the social process of multidimensional renewal, especially in academic education, in the formation of trainers, it is necessary to invest in education in competences of participatory and subsidiary circles, to experience in dynamic mediation practices of systemic relacts, based on the value of Person, on the concept of housekeeper, starting from inclusive research in university teaching. The research project, Flipped Inclusion, among the theoretical and experimental classroom facilities increased ... for inclusive education, it is a social-anthropic-constructivist mission aimed at the development of meta-cognitive-computational skills. The results achieved during the experimentation are in line with the research expectations in terms of dynamic products and processes.
