The chapter refers to the problems related to the democratic legitimacy of the protagonists of the decision-making processes of global governance. The premise of this work is that increasingly inclusive governance processes presuppose horizontal power relations, although this horizontality does not guarantee, in its multilevel heterogeneity, the democratic character of this socialization of law and political agency. The specific objective is, therefore, the investigation of new forms of political subjectivation that imply a form of participation in the law and in the policy that bases its behaviors in the contingent and concrete decisions of the individuals.

Abstract
The chapter refers to the problems related to the democratic legitimacy of the protagonists of the decision-making processes of global governance. The premise of this work is that increasingly inclusive governance processes presuppose horizontal power relations, although this horizontality does not guarantee, in its multilevel heterogeneity, the democratic character of this socialization of law and political agency. The specific objective is, therefore, the investigation of new forms of political subjectivation that imply a form of participation in the law and in the policy that bases its behaviors in the contingent and concrete decisions of the individuals.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
