The construction industry is one of the industry sectors where the greatest number of accidents occur. The percent-age of accident risk is closely linked to the organization's organizational choices. The continuous increase in accidents in construction sites is driving intensification of efforts and investments in techno-logical research to identify effective solutions for accident prevention. An innovative solution consists of the latest generation RFId (Radio-Frequency Identification) systems, which, if applied to medium and large building sites, will reduce the number of injuries while at the same time increasing em-ployee accountability in the use of Individual protection devices. RFId sensors, installed on both worker and on-site equip-ment and machinery, access control, etc., allow you to define an "intelligent" building site through constant moni-toring and management of all stages and work processes. Abstract
The construction industry is one of the industry sectors where the greatest number of accidents occur. The percent-age of accident risk is closely linked to the organization's organizational choices. Wrong choices and behaviors de-termine a consistent increase. The goal is to identify a pre-vention strategy that is not perceived as a major financial burden on the part of the enterprise, but as an investment opportunity. New systems enable "real-time" intervention and are an important support for identifying risk situations and organ-izing remedial measures.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
