The study of the clichés and proverbs teaching in language learning is still overlooked and committed to students' care and personal interest. After a brief analysis of the state of the art of the motivations making idioms sentences favourite structures of language teaching, this work proposes, through the analysis of some expressions evoking some parts of the body, an emotional-creative-evocative approach helping the assimilation of new structures and rediscovering the forgotten metaphorical meaning of the native structures.

Abstract
