The chapter focuses on transnational administrative decisions in EU environmental law. In particular, following a brief introduction of the subject, a typological analysis will be carried out of transnational acts that have an impact on environmental protection. This will allow for the identification of similarities and differences between the various types of transnational measures, and above all an understanding of the role that the environmental protection plays in this context.
