Abstract
In this chapter I attempt to highlight the cosmopolitan normative features of Europe—which, for us, should also be the purpose of the European Union’s (EU’s) constitutive project—and dwell on the current crisis gripping it. We will delineate these traits, not embedding them within a philosophical concept, but searching for them in the history of Europe and in the articles of the EU’s constitutional charters, of whose finalité they represent the political-institutional essence.File in questo prodotto:
