New technologies are evolving very quickly, generating surprising possibilities in several areas, including that of healthcare. An example is represented by digital platforms that connect users, experts and professionals from the world of health. Hence our study, aimed at investigating the relationship between the engagement platforms used by doctors, their satisfaction and the dimensions of social responsibility in the health sector. To verify the research hypotheses, a digital health platform was involved and the sub-dimensions of engagement (cognitive, affective and behavioral) and sustainability (comfort, distribution and humanization) were observed, examining their causal relationship, in order to evaluate loyalty. The study highlights how, especially in the context of health care, emotional and human elements are essential for the adoption of technological tools, even if oriented to information sharing.
