Dispute resolution through negotiation represents the common thread of this volume. Firstly, the different cases in question and their topical aspects are outlined. Then, some clarifications as regards the concept of “dispute” and the meaning of “strengthened stability” inherent in the legal acts underlying negotiations are provided. In conclusion, it is stated that the different interests underpinning negotiations can affect the regulation of the connected legal relations.
