The paper touches upon three remedies available against decisions of EU agencies: a) the internal review, b) appeals to the EU Commission. Then I will illustrate in more detail c) the appeals that are decided by independent commissions established within European agencies. Finally brief remarks are made regarding the specialization of rights protection in the EU administrative law.
