The Covid-19 pandemic has had adverse global impacts both economically and socially. Among these impacts, the pandemic has unfortunately played a role in aggravating perpetual gender inequalities, which primarily affect women across the globe. In this context, this study developed four poetic inquiries to investigate how the lives of the working women and workplace relationships were changed during the Covid-19 pandemic in Italy. The results of the study indicate that pinkwashing and mansplaining are two critical phenomena that fuel the gender gap in organizations. Furthermore, this study provides pragmatic implications for policymakers by recommending the use of a diversity management approach to remove barriers causing the gender imbalance.
