The work has been focused on the definition of the characteristics of a Bond Issue for the Credit Cooperative Bank of Naples linked to the Jubilee year 2011, proclaimed by the Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe for the city of Naples. The issue will achieve a contribution that may be used for several initiatives, through a joint action equally divided by the bank and the investors. What is more, the bond issue will be supported by a strategic marketing policy, in order to follow two objectives. From one side, the marketing’s plan will reinforce the typical values of the cooperative world such as cooperation and localism.
