This work constitutes an updated summary of the international conference Waters Wars & Peace which was held on November 4 and 5, 2021, in Bordeaux (France). This aimed to constitute a moment of exchange between researchers, politicians, professional and associative actors and decision-makers around the theme of water. The ARTI Territorial Intelligence network shared its experience in the field of action research, sharing of knowledge, know-how and territorial skills.
