The present invention relates to a sunscreen device with variable geometry, to be applied to the external walls or roof of a building. In particular, the present invention relates to a sunscreen device provided with a tensegrity structure which can be selectively deformed, through a primary deformation, between an open or closed configuration, respectively to allow or prevent the passage of light through itself. Furthermore, the sunscreen device according to the invention is deformable through a secondary deformation to promote the positioning of one or more of its portions with respect to the light radiation which hits it or to free passages through it, for the passage of light.
