The paper resumes the last years discussion concerning the education for managers and leaders and analyses a practical application of the views proposed by several scholars on the necessity of humanities for the education to the leadership: the introduction of the theory of dialogue proposed by Walton and Krabbe (1999) into the instruments of managements of the possible conflicts and of self-evaluation by the leaders.
