Bellezza, armonia, complessità. Per un'interpretazione di Carlo Michelstaedter

The purpose of this research is to interpret michelstaedteriano thinking critically in the light of three complexes thematic: beauty, harmony, complexity. If in the writings of Carlo Michelstaedter highlights the strong relationship between "everyday" and "work", means that the underlying concept of persuasion is not just a mere theorizing, it becomes just a "way of life" to which man should aspire, albeit forced, by his will also, in the meshes of rhetoric. The reference to other contemporary thinkers and not of Michelstaedter is essential to prove dynamism and versatility of his thought, also in the light of the mistaken idea that the Goriziano belongs to the ranks of the "out of date". Michelstaedter, on the contrary, as well as to fully understand the problematic nature and problems of the twentieth century, it also has a prophetic vision and forward on the historical and cultural reality - that goes far beyond 1910: the year of his death.
