Letteratura combinatoria in Perec e Calvino

Italo Calvino has continuously investigated the relationship between mathematics and literary narration, researching the conjunction zones and the boundary lines. The present work therefore intends to offer a look at the mathematical relationships found in some literary works of the OuLiPo group, in particular in the works of Italo Calvino and Georges Perec, fascinated by combinatorics and the concept of structure. Finally, interdisciplinary didactic ideas will also be presented which can represent a useful tool to give relevance to the investigation of the interconnection between science and literature

Italo Calvino ha continuamente indagato il rapporto tra matematica e narrazione letteraria, ricercando le zone di sovrapposizione e le linee di confine. Il presente lavoro intende quindi offrire uno sguardo alle relazioni matematiche riscontrabili in alcune opere letterarie del gruppo OuLiPo, in particolare nelle opere di Italo Calvino e Georges Perec, affascinati dalla combinatoria e dal concetto di struttura. A conclusione verranno presentati anche degli spunti didattici interdisciplinari che possono rappresentare un utile strumento per dare rilevanza all'indagine di interconnessione tra scienza e letteratura.
