This paper extends a well-known theorem of C. Miranda concerning a priori estimates of weak solutions of linear elliptic equations with discontinuous coefficients in a bounded open subset of R^n . We derive such estimates in weighted spaces in an open subset of R^n under conditions more weak compared to those considered in a previous paper.

Abstract
