Dorso, the complicated relationship linking the education of a “classe politica”, according to Mosca’s and Pareto’s concepts, to a precise verification of facts: the solution of the lasting “questione meridionale”. Dorso shows a method: only who manages to solve in concrete a question which is crucial for the future of a nation, can really aspire to the role of a new political class.
