Some portion of comparative analysis of existing physically inspired models is represented. The main peculiarities created by accounting human properties of individuals in society are discussed. At first master equations, partial differential and ordinary differential equations are represented. At second possibilities of artificial neural networks for new models of society are described. Flexibility of such models and possibility of mentality account in special models with associative memory are discussed.

Abstract
