In this work we present a new methodology to build and use several learning objects (LO) placed on an advanced Learning Management System, called IWT (Intelligent Web Teacher). The methodology is based on the separation of LO logic from LO presentation. The idea arises from the observation that, in the scientific didactics, the same mathematical model can be shown in various ways to represent different didactical resources. So, for instance, in a “learning by doing” didactical approach, the learning object that explains the scalar product between two vectors, can be graphically shown as two vectors on the plane. The user changes using the mouse the vectors module and angle and sees the result on the screen. If the learning object is a test, the user’s interface can be a simple html page, where the question is expressed into a textual form. The user writes the answer (scalar product result) into a text box. IWT is a modern e-learning platform; it can be extended to use new LO and services by implementing new Drivers and Plug-In components. The Driver manages the didactical aspect of LO, while the Plug-In implements the LO special functionality. In developing the implemented strategy has been created a Plug-In driver, offering services to the LO creation and delivery and a utility for the developers of LO presentation.
