Abstract
UV photosensitive detectors have been fabricated using a single spin coated active layer with assembled small molecules that combine as well oxadiazole based electron conducting and carbazole based hole conducting groups. Strong photocurrent signals have been observed in the UV range, comparable or in some cases even higher than the photocurrent signals from an organic UV sensitive photodiode with an PVK active layer.File in questo prodotto:
