The qualitative analysis, existence of equilibria and asymptotic behavior of the competition between tumor and immune cells are studied under the assumption of the time dependence of the parameters and the existence of a source (represent- ing the therapeutical action). In particular, the time-dependent parameters are taken into account, by assuming that they are represented by a decaying sigmoid- like function.
