Tunneling spectroscopy studies have been performed on differently doped La2-xSrxCuO4-delta Single crystals by break junction technique. By a fine adjustment of the mechanically controlled spacing between the two fractured electrodes, we were able to investigate highly stable conductance characteristics along the ab-planes in various tunneling regimes. In the weak link regime, Josephson effect was clearly observed with critical current decreasing monotonically with temperature and vanishing below the crystal's T-c. By increasing the electrode's distance, in the quasiparticle regime, a well developed zero bias conductance peak and smeared gap-like structures were observed. All these features are consistent with the d-wave model for high T-c superconductors.

Abstract
All these features are consistent with the d-wave model for high T-c superconductors.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
