An apparatus, accomplished to carry out an energetic performance comparative evaluation of R22 and its alternative working fluids, is presented. In detail, heat exchangers performances will be evaluated when the plant runs with alternative fluids. At this moment it has been verified that the experimental rig works as designed with R22 and therefore that it is ready to test the new refrigerants.
