High-resolution solid-state C-13 n.m.r. spectra are obtained for four different crystalline forms of syndiotactic poly(p-methyl styrene). N.m.r. assignments are presented and related to crystal structure, and these data are compared with previous solid-state n.m.r. and X-ray data for syndiotactic polystyrene.
