Extn. and chromatog. procedures applied to the pollens from Cephalotaxus drupacea and Cunninghamia lanceolata showed the presence of β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, 24-methylenecholesterol, cholesterol, and several fatty acids (C14:0, C16:0, C18:0, C18:1, C18:2, C18:3, C20:0, C22:0, and C26:0). The 2 pollens were quite similar in quant. compn. The major fatty acids were unsatd. ones, which predominated over the satd. ones; oleic and linoleic acids were the main unsatd. constituents, and palmitic acid was the most abundant satd. fatty acid. Among the sterols, β-sitosterol accounted for approx. half of the total present in the 2 pollens.

Abstract
Extn. and chromatog. procedures applied to the pollens from Cephalotaxus drupacea and Cunninghamia lanceolata showed the presence of β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, campesterol, 24-methylenecholesterol, cholesterol, and several fatty acids (C14:0, C16:0, C18:0, C18:1, C18:2, C18:3, C20:0, C22:0, and C26:0). The 2 pollens were quite similar in quant. compn. The major fatty acids were unsatd. ones, which predominated over the satd. ones; oleic and linoleic acids were the main unsatd. constituents, and palmitic acid was the most abundant satd. fatty acid. Among the sterols, β-sitosterol accounted for approx. half of the total present in the 2 pollens.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
