New solutions of the photometric light curves of the close binary EE Aquarii, obtained in two different periods, have been performed using a procedure based on the classical Wilson & Devinney model. Moreover, the first simultaneuous solution of photometric and radial-velocity curves have been obtained. The evolutionary status, which seems to favour a contact configuration not yet in themral equilibrium, is discussed.
