Diritto, democrazia, cultura. Gli anni padovani di Norberto Bobbio.

This review discusses the book edited by Giuseppe Zaccaria and Baldassare Pastore (Norberto Bobbio. Gli anni padovani), in which they are analyzed the early years of Norberto Bobbio’s theory, in particular the 1940-1948 period: the so called ‘forgotten’ Bobbio. Many contributors to book focuses on his intellectual and moral courage during the last years of fascist dictatorship. The reviewed book’s primary thesis is that ‘Paduan’ years are fundamental for a complete vision of the legacy of Bobbio’s life and work.
