In the present electrical scenario, many factors may determine power flows higher than average ones, even for considerable periods. To face this problem, transmission and distribution operators te nd toward enhancing ampacity of power transmission lines. Since power l ine ampacity is strictly related to the conductor temperature, adoption of i nnovative methodologies for implementing dynamic temperature control systems must be examined. Abstract
In this paper, referring to aerial power lines, a fuzzy-based methodology for the conductor temperature estimation will be proposed. The temperature estimator is applied to different case studies and the results of simulation will be analyzed and dissussed.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
