Abstract
Niobium nitride (NbN) is one of the leading materials for superconducting thin film applications such as electronic devices and coated r.f. cavities for high energy physics. In the following the fabrication technique of superconducting magnetron-sputtered NbN films is described and the experimental results are discussed. © 1988 IOP Publishing Ltd.File in questo prodotto:
