Modern technologies, the increased requirements of the market and the search for a combination of efficiency and quality assurance that have led to the emergence of new ways of organizing production, have had substantial repercussions on the level of skills, knowledge and the capabilities of human resources. This paper proposes an approach that improves the standards related to the competence certification of human capital in order to comply with the principles of Corporate Social Responsibility through ontologies.
