Abstract
The conduction mechanisms of iron-based and electron-doped superconductors have been investigated, in a wide temperature range, by means of electric noise spectroscopy. The intrinsic noise level has been estimated and compared to that of high-transition temperature cuprates. The experimental findings add new information for the development of an advanced superconductive electronics based on novel superconducting materials.File in questo prodotto:
