We reveal associations among social and cultural developmental psychology, the social-genetic perspective and mathematical logic. We describe a teaching experiment in which we want to explore, at different levels of analysis, the relationship between language and developmental processes of logical tools through “linguistic-manipulative” activities, socially constructed and culturally situated.
