The work herein presented concerns the comparison between three structural typologies: Moment Resisting, Concentrical (CBFs) and Eccentrical (EBFs) dual system steel frame, all equipped with the prequalified extended stiffened beam-column connections, tested in the framework of EQUALJOINTS research project [1]. The comparison in terms of pushovers and structural weight of the structures, designed by the Theory of Plastic Mechanism Control (TPMC) is reported.

Abstract
The work herein presented concerns the comparison between three structural typologies: Moment Resisting, Concentrical (CBFs) and Eccentrical (EBFs) dual system steel frame, all equipped with the prequalified extended stiffened beam-column connections, tested in the framework of EQUALJOINTS research project [1]. The comparison in terms of pushovers and structural weight of the structures, designed by the Theory of Plastic Mechanism Control (TPMC) is reported.File in questo prodotto:
